At the end of July Telkom somehow debited my account on about the 25th for some unknown reason and the funds were not available yet. I always make sure that there are funds available on that day. Usually Telkom debits my account on the night of the last day of the month. By far the worst telecommunications company to deal with. I just have to pay, pay, pay Their conduct is unethical and ludicrous.

I even sent them and email but they never got back to me. Also feel that their charges are not in line with the agreement. I then request to be assisted to get my money back as I feel that these recurring once off payments are damaging by bank account big time. They then sent me an invoice on the 1st September 2022 still charging me another once off of R180, when contacted them they could not give me a satisfactory response or they either make silly statement not understanding the real issue. Then on the 1st August 2022 they launched another debit order with another extra amount of R186 which is also claimed as a once off payment. On 01 July 2022 they charged me an extra R147 which they claimed it as a once off payment, that was all fine they debited it even though there was no explanation of this once off amount. As per the agreement they charge me R269 monthly. I was advised that the process is now done via the .za website or app as per the email attached and after login into my account and go to dashboard, products, accounts, business, ISp and track I don’t see any accounts listed.Ĭan your office please assist in cancellation this account.

Since then I was calling your office and to be advised to speak to cancellation department but while im holding to be transferred, im cut off several times. I was also advised to cance the account on the website: .za and an account was created for me but I couldn’t use the portal login details as they gave me more problems. In July 2022 I was advised again to wait for the contract expiry then on the 3rd September 2022, I went to your offices again and spoke to Bongiwe who issued me with a Maluti Express ticket number: 6 for cancellation, dated: 3rd September 2022, 10:20am. I spoke to your office around 2021 with regards to this number: as I wanted to cancel this number and the first time I went to your offices I was advised that this is a scam from the callcentre department and to cancel I had to wait two years for the expiry date of the contract.
